Return Policy

Items purchased from The Traditional Hunter may be returned within 10 days of receipt. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging. Please be aware that item packaging must be in new condition as well (Items in clam packs can not be returned once opened). Used items can not be returned. Please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back. Returns without a valid RMA number will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, no exceptions. To obtain an RMA number, please call (978) 433-9458. The Traditional Hunter will reimburse shipping costs after inspection and verification of any undisclosed defect by us. Previously owned items will show normal wear from use and will not be considered defective. Call us for description at time of order! Shipping charges will not be reimbursed for buyer's remorse. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (defective items not subject to restocking fee). Special orders or special large quantity orders are non-returnable.

Shipping Policy

It may take 4 to 6 days for your order to ship. If you select 2nd day air, or next day air, we will try out best to ship it out the same day for you.

 In the event an item is sold out, you will be notified by phone.

All orders containing oversized items (any item over 18" long) will be charged an additional $10 at the time of shipment.

At this time we only ship inside the US. We do not ship internationally.

At The Traditional Hunter we completely respect your privacy. No personal information (names, addresses, email addressed, telephone numbers, etc) gathered off our website  will be given, sold or distributed to anyone at any time. Your full privacy is guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. Special orders or special large quantity orders can not be cancelled or returned. Please be sure to call (978) 433-9458 to cancel an order. ORDER CANCELLATION REQEUSTS WILL NOT BE ACCECPTED VIA EMAIL. Once an order has shipped, it can not be cancelled.

Order Processing Policy

Most orders ship within 4 to 6 business days. All orders are charged at the time the order is placed. Orders shipped via regular ground shipping can take upto 7-10 business days to arrive. Please allow this 7-10 business days before contacting customer service for a lost or missing package. In the event of a backorder a customer may requested a refund until the item is shipped.

You must be at least 21 to order any product from us. Some items listed on this website may be illegal in your area for possession by those under 21. It is your responsibility to check all local laws concerning the ownership, use and possession of any item on this website.
